Intek21 PCI IO 2S-550 Board
This is a PCI two port RS232 interface which is comprised of two LGS (Lucky Goldstar) GM16C550 UARTs.
Like a motherboard UART it uses RS232 line level and supports up to 115200 bits per second (baud).
