Cygwin
Cygwin is utilised to turn a Microsoft Windows computer into something usable.
Install
Run setup-x86.exe from http://cygwin.com/install.html
Root Directory: C:\Cygwin
Local Package Directory: C:\Cygwin\SYSINSTALL
Select Packages
Devel: gcc-g++
Devel: make
Web: wget
Editors: vim
Install and accept solution to package dependencies then copy setup-x86.exe to C:\Cygwin\SYSINSTALL for later use.
